Silentdoor Rw® 55T (Timber) has a tri- layer acoustic core with an overall finished thickness of 80mm. The inner core and solid perimeter/structural rails are manufactured incorporating acoustically insulating materials and finished with that all important outer skin. Each leaf is then double rebated to top and sides creating a twin seal, to the bottom of each leaf is a drop seal.
Our 50dB and 55dB timber acoustic doors are engineered to provide the highest level of sound reduction. These doors are suitable for use in industrial environments, where noise pollution can be a major issue. They are also ideal for use in settings where absolute silence is required, such as scientific laboratories or medical facilities.
